How to apply the health examination for foreigner?
檢查類別：外籍人士申請在台定居或居留、外籍教師、移工等體檢
Examinations Type: The foreigner who wants to residence application in Taiwan or foreign teachers or migrant worker.
服務時間：週一至週五 上午8:00-11:30
Service Time: Monday to Friday AM 08:00-11:30
報到地點：聖保祿醫院後花園(受聘僱外籍人士健康檢查站)後花園

注意事項： Caution:
1.受檢者請攜帶三張2吋彩色照片及護照或居留證正本。
Please bring passport or residence permit and three pieces of color pictures, which are two inches.
2.請檢具麻疹、德國麻疹預防接種報告，否則需檢測此項。
If you already have Measles and Rubella vaccination report please bring it to the hospital. Otherwise, you have to take this examination in the hospital.
3.腸內寄生蟲檢查之糞便檢體需當天於醫院現場採集檢驗。
We will collect your stool sample in the day you come to hospital in order to check parasites.
4.女性顧客若有懷孕請事先告知檢查人員。
If you pregnant, please tell us before you take the examination.
5.檢查報告以掛號郵寄或持證件親自到院領取。
We will send the report to you or you can come to hospital to take your report with your ID by yourself.
6.檢查結果異常請依規定複檢。
